GUESSING ON A LOT HERE. IF Hennessey has their base back? (not sure) I would have them 2-5.

I do know that Rejoice has a STUD Freshmen players starting on their varsity. (a nationally ranked player that everyone will begin talking about after this year...Kamieon Compton, he's a guard) I heard that they scrimmaged Metro Christian fairly recently and it was a competitive matchup.

YEAH I SCREWED THIS UP...I had POCOLA #2 I was adjusting and I took POLOCA out and didn't put them back in....Regardsless, I don't know much of anything as of right now...Dale is GREAT...is all I can vouch for as of now.

I have no clue but I would guess a team with players 6-10 would be top 20 in 2A. I haven't watched them this year any but going off watching some last season.

Dayton and Deken are our only two seniors that have significant playing time. There are 4 others that are juniors. Denton is a sophomore. Call me crazy, but I think our JV could be a state tournament team if they were there own team. They'd be a lot of peoples best players at other schools.

By JV do you mean the 6-10 players? If so, I agree. Denton comes off the bench, but is Dale's 2nd best player.

Dale has done a great job of getting their boys to play together competitively from a young age. They are taught fundamentals and introduced to high level competition much earlier than most small town schools do. They have cohesion by the time they reach high school, and in the years where they have next level talent, they are going to stampede to the state tournament. Coach Edmonson was involved in this group from early elementary school as he coached his son. I love seeing the investment pay off. The boys and the community are fortunate.

The team will take a small step back while underclassmen adjust to new roles, but their program is on strong footing for the next several years. A culture of winning is self sustaining, and families who are serious about basketball well relocate to be a part of it in the future.
