District with a chance at 4-0 round 1

Only other district that might have a chance would be 2A-8 over 2A-7.

It's asking a whole lot for a district to sweep 4 games including two on the road in the first round, but if it were to happen, the 3 and 4 seeds from District 8 are probably the best suited to pull it off.

Last year in 2A there were only 2 seeding upsets in the 1st round (Metro Christian over Sperry and Jones over Luther).  In the second round there were also two: Cascia Hall over Victory Christian and Beggs over Vian.  It's not likely to happen this year either, but we will see.  High school football playoff season is so much fun in Oklahoma.

District 7 vs 8 Games are:

Beggs at Rejoice
Sperry at Claremore Sequoyah

Vinita at Kiefer--This may be the most interesting 1st round playoff game in 2A.  Vinita has 18 seniors and is well-rounded enough to win on the road.  

Pawhuska at Victory Christian--Pawhuska's defense will struggle to keep up with Victory's skill players, but having a veteran quarterback like Todd Drummond gives them a punchers chance.

Davis

Their D is solid this year but the O struggles at times. If they are young they are a year or two out. They finished 4th and should have been a 2nd place team. A loss to CCS put them in 4th. CCS is not a 3nd place team. CCS may have a top recruit in the state at edge but that is it. Outside of Washington and their Norman team the district is down this year.

This didn't age well....2a-3 is better than given credit. Washington just made the rest look soft
