So no one has done this for class B girls so.... there is one now.
1. Pittsburg: Only one senior, and a couple transfer setouts. How long will the winning streak last???
2. Hammon: Lose one to graduation but their core is back. Question is; How much will the 6'4 improve???
3. Lomega: They lose three seniors but they reload.
4. Lookeba-Sickles: They will be a force next season.
5. Okeene: I'm a believer.
6. Varnum: They lose more to graduation than all the other teams but they still have the Wildcat sisters.
7. Whitesboro: They've been a state worthy team for a decade.
8. Earlsboro: They need depth but they had a dynamic freshman and the core of the team returns.
9. Arnett: I need more info before I put them ahead of Earlsboro
10. Boise City
11. Sasakwa: They just might be a spoiler next year in the SE.... Unless they go SW.
12. McCurtain
13. Ft. Cobb-Broxton; if they stay class B
13. Sentinel
14. Turner
15. Paden
16. LeFlore
17. Stringtown
18. Leedey
19. Roff
20. Forgan
21. Tyrone

Pittsburg should and will be the favorite next year, Like you said Lomega will reload but in my personal opinion Class B will be a fight for second especially when those Pittsburg transfers are eligible

Arnett will be back, They lose the Bayless girl but her sister was a freshman and will be just as good maybe better, They bring several pieces back

Okeene lost #2 who was their best defensive player. Return everyone else. She’ll be tough to replace.

Okeene will still definitely be top 15, but the one they lose was really what made them go.
Kremlin-Hillsdale should definitely be a top 15/20 team next year, only graduate 1 off an Area team, and add the Seek girl for a full season.
Arnett losing the Bayless girl will really hurt them, but they are athletic and will still be top 15.

Agreed. It will be a fight for third next year in Class B. I have heard same thing about Earlsboro going to Class A

Arnett will surprise some people. I think they are still a top 8 team, They bring everyone else back as well as the younger Bayless girl who was only a freshman but she's pretty good as well

I heard this as well from a buddy in McAlester, I wonder if this makes McAlester a contender in 5A again

I would say those 2 will definitely make Mcalester a contender again, I seen them play with Pittsburg and some this summer and they are both very good on both ends of the court, tough loss for Pittsburg but great for Mcalester to possibly put them back in the driver seat.

Honestly though Class 5A I believe if you have at least two or three good players you'll be in contention for State. 5A girls has been way down the last couple years like after the first four or five teams it drops off, I know for a fact 6A is a tougher than 5A. As for Pittsburg I'm sure they'll be fine without them, Granted I don't know a lot on small school basketball but I do know that Jenson is a proven winner and he'll have them rolling
