Scores that caught my attention last night:

Okay         51         Webber Falls         28: Did what they needed to do
Carnegie   56      Mangum 2A #14 65: Carnegie lost, but competed with a top 15 2A squad
Seiling 80      Mooreland          39: OK, I think we should give Seiling some respect and fringe Class A top 20 discussion right?
Porter 67 Afton (2A)          44: Stays undefeated, did what they needed to do
Regent 45      H.H (4A #8)      71: Its early, and Holland Hall is a legit State team in 4A, the 26 pt drubbing is interesting, still early.

Other top 20 teams that lost resulted from evenly matched teams or superior teams winning. Nothing to hate on. The top 20 teams that won...well ,they won.

A team that not many people are talking about, and for good reason because they are very young and inexperienced, is Allen. Saw where they beat Stratford 84-32 and shot 19-27 for three. 13-14 in the first half! Not sure that they'll be relevant this year, but definitely something to watch for.

Looks like they play Roff tomorrow night, that's a great test to say the least! Hitting 13-14 3's in a half is absolutely ON FIRE!, hell the 6-13 in the 2nd half is great shooting! . Allen would beat most everyone if they can do that consistency. Defense is the ROCK to Offense's SCISSORS imo. Good offensive teams will have great records and make it into Area, but if you are not a well-rounded team that plays together and defends well, out you go come Regionals/Area. I like hearing about young teams that will be good in the next year or two. thanks for sharing about Allen.

Looks Like (6-0 Strother) got GLEN-KO’d 95-36?
Looks like Class B ranked Boswell got CADDO’d by 30
Regent wins vs ranked 3A Lincoln Christian. Ripley was losing to Davenport by 10 close to halftime didn’t see how it ended. I heard it was Davenport 66 Ripley 53 @ Ripley. Also looks like Rattan took care of business this evening vs Wright city by 23 or so.

Coaches need to look at their schedule. They do have one “bad” loss. They are 10-5. Just beat Calera and lost to rattan in final 30 seconds.

Rattan beat WC by 22. Im not sure the game was even that close, Rattan was up 30 for most of the second half. Im not sure if WC had a bad shooting night or they just arent very good this year but this game was never in doubt. Rattan has Caddo on Thursday which i will be in attendance for.
Side note- Rattan has a 6'3 move in from Clayton who will be eligible January 15.

Rock Creek would be a lot better if he would shorten his rotation. Their first 5 could play with almost anyone, but he plays 10-11 people every night. He only needs to play about 7 guys because the players in the 8-11 spot are lacking in ability yet every 3 minutes he subs them in and they struggle to compete. They certainly deserve to be ranked though.
