In district 7 and 8. Someone explain why Kansas and Westville were not put in district 8 for Caney Vally and Pawhuska? I mean, Kansas and Westville are a lot closer to the district 8 teams than 7 and Vice versa with Pawhuska and Caney Valley. Just doesn’t make sense.
