Young and talented people who will make great coaches and educators are turning away from the profession because of parents whose expectations far exceed the gene pool.
Good luck finding someone dumb enough to take that job in Okarche now. This is a black eye on them.

Only the desperate coaches will apply. Then the parents will complain that the school does not hire quality coaches, even though, the parents are the one's who created the situation.
