Projections going into first half of season

I don't get the Ripley love, I saw them at the Garber tourney and they did not look very impressive, Garber walked through that tourney and gets less respect than Ripley who got 3rd.

Garber still handled them handily, and Hardaway plays like 10 players, so it shouldn't take away from Garber dominating them. Not saying Garber should be highly ranked, but they should be higher than Ripley.

Pretty much, Garber was without the Howry kid early too, I just hate that fall baseball teams get to play games before football is over, get ranked and football schools with comparable resumes can't catch up.

I like the list too. It would be really tough to kick any of your 8 teams out of the top 8. The only team I would put in the top 8 that isn't there is Liberty. They two losses (not taking away from 4A Wagoner or 2A #9 Warner) cam without a complete starting 5. They had a very nice win vs Keys too. (Same Keys team (4-2) who lost to Okay by 7)...I am not sure what Keys (Parkhill isn't ranked in 3A? They will be soon enough). Regardless, unless Liberty has injuries/ineligibility to key players, they are a top 8 team all day long. The NE should have Okay & Liberty Staying home and you will see Drumright & Riverfield be the other two ranked teams from the NE? (assumption as of January 2nd).

The only other team I have seen on here is Riverfield this year. They lost to Summit the 2nd game, then barely beat Wetumka. (The summit loss they had their players, but their guard was dealing with a leg injury and not 100%) The wetumka game they said thier star (Braedon Clinton) and their D1 Soccer player guard did not play, they also lost another one of their 2 bench players to a knee injury in the Wetumka game. So injuries do play a factor in HS Hoops! Riverfield healthy is a top 15-20 team. a key injury or two and they would fall out of the top 20. If they get hot, they could cause trouble in the NE.

Just go to districts like 5A and 6A and be done with this crap. The rankings system we have now is terrible and it's not what we need

5A and 6A coaches love the districts and I know many in B-4A that want it

I think it’s safe to say BOTH sides of the state stick “together”

West votes for west, and East definitely votes East.

Seiling is the real deal. Come playoff time they're going to get far I feel.

Another MC-6 team coaches need to take a hard look at is Wright city! They are on a roll. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them in OKC!

Caddo will be in the finals.
