Where are the best school districts for coaches to work?

I have coached for over 20 years in Oklahoma.  I have coached every sport except volleyball and tennis.  I spend WAY more time coaching Football then any other sport.  We spend Saturday mornings with the kids watching film and lifting weights.  Sunday we meet as a staff.  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are more days watching film with the kids.  Coach JV on Monday nights and JH Thursday nights.  We usually acquire around 4 or more films of our opponent.  I personally actively log 10 or more hours watching film on Hudl each week.  We input mass amounts of data into Hudl and we are constantly using it to our advantage to pick up on tendencies that the opponent might have or out own tendencies.  We also film our practice and coaches have to watch the practice film to make adjustments for the next practice.  We also do scouting reports for offense and defense and make up all the scout cards for each practice.  Practice scripts are done on computer daily for each part of practice.  Not to mention working out for around an hour before we go to practice and the position group meetings.  We also have team camp, 7 on 7, individual position camps, summer workout sessions all summer long, and various coaching clinics we go to.   it terms of time consuming I believe it is probably how that sport program is being run and the coaches who are involved with it.  I know some track coaches that spend more time coaching than basketball or baseball coaches.  It is not necessarily the sport but who is doing the sport and how is the program as a whole.  

Hudl does the work for you because I have coached 8 and 11 man football. Our Saturdays were film but each coach with their group so it did not take as long. We did not have to wait for offense to be done. Why come in on Sunday when you can just have meeting before film on Saturday or after. Coaches do not go to individual camps so nice try. You have 3 hard practices then a walkthrough on Thursday. 7 on 7 is trash because it is not realistic. Sorry I do not need my QB back there for 30 seconds making a read. Every sport has summer workouts so that is not extra. The JV games you talk about basketball has them but we also have freshman and we have 20 or those not just 8 or 10. We all do practice plans and ones you have it typed out you only have to go back on computer and change some things for next week and that is only for 10-14 games. Basketball has to do way more practice plans because we play 20-25 different teams. I know some football coaches that put in many hours and I respect them but it is not even close by hours. I have done both for 8 years and Basketball was way more time consuming.
