Can someone shed some light on this for me? I see where some teams do not have scores posted the night after games. Sometimes it is days after the games were played?

Is this optional for schools to post to OSSAARANKINGS? or is it a mandatory things? I was curious because it seems like the official rankings and if coaches (voters) are not seeing the full picture on records, teams vs teams, scores, etc...I am not sure that is necessarily right

Any help to shed light on this would be greatly appreciated
