I understand the rights to show the games brings in crazy revenue, and cable will always be the best option for watching games as long as these deals are in place, but why can't we get an even half reliable streaming platform?
SportsNet is alright and it's nice being able to watch games on demand, but TSN is absolutely god awful. TSN has no ability to watch games on demand until the NEXT DAY.
I assumed you could at least be able to watch games right after the air time and ended up missing the first 3 quarters of the home opener because I realized I wouldn't be able to watch it that night.
Not only can you not watch games on demand, most TVs don't even have an app for TSN so it's impossible to watch without finding a way to stream it to the TV from my phone (which ends up as laggy as an illegal streameast).
So far on TSN I've been able to watch 3 quarters (all on my tiny ass phone) because they refuse to put out an even half decent product.
I hate to sound like an old man yelling at the clouds but how on earth does a multi million dollar corporation like TSN get away with providing such piss poor products? They stream half the games which means for 41 games its damn near impossible to watch without it being a hassle.
How can we justify spending $200 for a service that is clearly an afterthought?
