Lomega with a really good win yesterday and Hammon upsets Latta!

4. LOOKEBA
These four are all legit and will probably be the final 4. Lomega is the obvious favorite but the other three are going to make it tough.
5. DUKE
Could be a darkhorse. We will see what they are made of when they face Hammon and Cyril.
6. VARNUM
Play a tough schedule. Should be in the city playing in early March.
7 WHITESBORO
Not ready to put them as a lock for state yet.
8. ARNETT
Should be higher in the rankings. They have close losses to Arapaho and Lomega.
9. MCCURTAIN
Was all sold on them until they lost to Leflore by double digits. Play a weak schedule compared to others not sure they will be ready for playoffs.
10. PADEN
Just like McCurtain feel they are lacking in some areas, also play a weaker schedule.
11. TURNER
Play a weaker schedule but have a couple of pretty good guards. May be able to pull some upsets in playoffs.
12. OKEENE
Still up in the air. First major test when school starts in January against Lomega.
13. STRINGTOWN
Should not be this high. Do not play a very impressive schedule. Have a bad loss and close games to teams on the lower tier of class B.
14. EARLSBORO
Should be close to top 10. For sure above Stringtown and Paden.
15. ERICK
Looking at their schedule and the results not sold on them.
16. LEFLORE
Should be higher in the rankings.
17. FORGAN
Have played a weak schedule so far. Huge loss to Tyrone not sure on them yet. Tests coming up against Hooker, Garber and Arnett in January.
18. BALKO
Close loss to Forgan. Not quiet sold on them.
19. BUFFALO VALLEY
Not sold on them. Played a tough schedule so far. Stand at 7-7.
20. MT. VIEW-GOTEBO
Played a weak schedule so far. Play Arapaho in early January, should give us a feel of how good they are actually.

Potential unranked darkhorses:
Tyrone: 7-3 wins over Forgan and Erick. They should probably be in the top 20, maybe even 15.
Battiest: 7-5 bad losses to Turner and BV, but an impressive win over Leflore.
ROFF: 4-6. Played a tough schedule.

I'll have a chance to watch Whitesboro next week at Webbers Falls, I may be back and forth between tournaments though that three days, I do think they will be a lock for state even though many Leflore County fans have their doubts

Stringtown's loss to Mill Creek was not a good one to say the least

I agree with you on McCurtain, I actually will be at their game against Porum in a few weeks (I do play by play for Porum games when I can) I know they go to the Medford Tournament next week (Long drive for a team in this part of the state, Can't remember who all is in it)

I haven't seen as much on Hammon as I have on Pittsburg and Lomega but am slowly taking my time on film study and breakdown

Haven't been on as much lately, Just got done covering a big tournament this week
