I am not a big fan of changing bats. The hot bats did increase Homeruns.Who doesn't like seeing homeruns? There will not be as many homeruns that is for sure. I do not think it changes who will win it all. The best teams will still be good. You will probably see a lot more of lower scoring games.

Even with more home runs last year you would be surprised how many low scoring games there would be, Few games I covered would have a 4-3, 2-1 or 6-3 game

Defense does win championships regardless of sports

I did read somewhere where aluminum you did not have to break in as they was "hot out of the package" whatever that means, If you really look into it there are some pretty decent bats but let's just hope no one tries to cheat with these like the accusations started up last time they did this experiment

Unfortunately the aluminum bats are easier to alter and without the ossaa testing bats it’s going to be really interesting to see how this spring plays out. We will still see HR’s from the middle of the lineup but we shouldn’t see many from the bottom girls unless the bats are altered.

Exactly my point, They are very easy to alter and if the OSSAA isn't gonna test them I could see this going south real quick, Another thing if you say freeze or roll aluminum it will break after a certain amount of uses
