Anyone know about Bridge Creek assistants getting any looks at jobs? Former OSU player Dawson Bassett was on staff and Jordan Robinson who was an all stater at Wagoner and played at NSU. Bergner, OC isn’t well known but is rising in the Oklahoma coaching ranks. With the situation there I would think they are all looking for greener pastures.
Hold on, you think Bergner is rising in the Oklahoma coaching ranks?? This is the guy that was an OC at Rush and went to BC last year right? If so please explain that to us? Also I think the assistants at BC will more than likely have a chance to stay because there won’t be many guys that want that job, the ones that do won’t be able to talk others into coming there. Every coach in Oklahoma knows what BC is and if they value their career they won’t put that dumpster fire on their resume. Now I’m sure some Coach out there believes they are the one to change it, but it ain’t happening.

Dawson and TK are very close I would have to imagine McDaniel trying his best to make sure TK gets to bring one.
Robinson is getting out of education to do his family YouTube stuff.
Don’t think they will be ready to give it to Bergner, he isn’t quite proven yet.
Stillwater Football is seeking highly motivated, competitive, high character assistant coaches. Certified teachers are preferred. Coaching and teaching positions are TBD. Interested coaches should email a resume and cover letter to tbarnard@stillwaterschools.com
I think to my knowledge he hasn’t left yet..I have a doctor friend over at Choctaws there in McAlester that I texted said the only changes he’s aware of is their Defensive Backs coach was promoted to Defensive Coordinator, he didn’t give me a name on who that is..he wasn’t sure 100% on the OC leaving but based upon earlier posts I see it’s only a matter of time with the looks of it if true
I’m sure they will be fine. According to the media guide from the first round, they have 2 other coaches on staff with tons of DC experience, and both have been OCs and head coaches before.

Hearing Minco has offered both their spots and got a confirmation on a really good young one that brings some coordinating experience on both sides of the ball. I won't say his name, because I know him and don't want to make it public before he does.

Sorry havent been on here in a while, yes i think Bergner is a name that will keep coming up for better jobs until he finds a fit. He is a dang good young coach from what I have heard. Why does it matter to BC assistants that not many guys want the job. Sure they can stay but wouldn’t that make them want to at least look around? Bridge Creek won’t win anytime soon.

Most good coaches that get jobs will have guys that will follow them. The guy that gets that job will be young and inexperienced or an older coach that just wants to be a head coach again and more than likely won't have anyone following them there. That's why the coaches will more than likely have a chance to stay. Also idk the coach, but he hasn't turned out very impressive offenses and his resume' consists of Rush - sub .500 Class A team and a 2 win BC team. If he was climbing the way "You've heard" wouldn't you have him in better position than those 2 schools? I am not ragging on the guy, but when you say "Rising in the Oklahoma Coaching ranks" You need to have some evidence to back that up, before making claims.
