Why does Jenks have to go on the road in the semis?
The semifinals are neutral sites. Jenks-Mustang @ Putnam City. Union-Broken Arrow @ Owasso.
It is an odd-numbered year, so games involving East vs West teams are played at a neutral site on the west side of the state. It flips in the even-numbered years. Union-BA are both on the East so they were able to be played at an East neutral site.
Thanks for the explanation, Cowboy. I thought they were going back to neutral sites for semifinal games in all classes this year. I didn't look at the bracket close enough on ossaa.com, where it shows Mustang designated as the home team. I see now that Mustang is only "designated" as the home team for the game which will be played in Putnam City.

I think it would be pretty cool if the 2 winners of 6A would play eachother. Since they have a off week this week. They should play this week and then the 2 winners play next week and crown a champion of the complete 6A.

It would be Bixby hands down!!!
Jenks would play them close again arguably. With the QB change they may have a punchers shot. But Bixby is a machine right now. Something like 150 total players and in the 6A-2 class no less.
They used to do a unification game decades ago that was similar to what you’re suggesting here.
