Congrats to Caddo on their State Championship. Very talented team with everyone coming back. Scary. What’s everyone else got coming back and losing? I think Class A will be just as deep next year as well as a some teams not losing a whole bunch. What’s everyone got?
It is scary to think about Caddo the next few years. They might would probably be the favorites in atleast Classes B to 2A next year. They beat the state champions in B and 2A this year. As far as Cyril goes, we will need to hit the lab, we lose some great athletes and leaders off this years team that will be hard to replace.

Caddo will definitely be the favorite.
Ripley loses a few but returns the pitcher.
Binger loses a bunch. They will have talent still but will be hard to replace what they have lost the last two years but I’m sure Wilson will have them right in the hunt.
Arapaho loses 3 but think they have replacements equal or better.
Navajo loses catcher and cf I believe but will get their ace back from injury. Seems like they always have a big injury every year but they bounced back and still made semi’s.
Shattuck returns everybody so they will be back in the thick of it
Don’t know about Red Oak
Teams that didn’t make state that will be good next year
Sterling loses their DP but returns everything else
Canute loses 1st base but returns everything else
Mooreland returns a ton also it just depends on if coaches daughter is able to pitch

Class A will be loaded again
I wouldn't sleep on Cyril again if I were you, I believe they'll be back, Red Oak will probably reload like they always seem to, Caddo will emerge as the favorite but you guys know now not to sleep on Cyril

I think Cyril will be back next year, Yes I know they lose Jaycee Shaffer (She was a great pitcher) but that freshman group this year impressed me, I also heard the #2 pitcher that was pretty good as well returns

Still think they will be a top 8 type team?
You're asking alot from a Cyril fan to answer lol. We still have great athletes remaining, but we have a very small 8th grade class coming up next year and we are losing several from a very good Senior class and will be having to do alot of moving around of positions. I think we will take our lumps starting out next year as we build experience and the current 7th grade has several athletes that will greatly help when they are Freshmen. We are supposedly getting 2 move ins from out of state that are good. Not sure of their positions or anything really about them, so they could possibly be gamechangers on how we are next year, but to answer your question right now for next year though, I would say we might around the bottom of the top 20 next year. Just pray I am wrong 😁

Some of the Cyril fans I talked to believe they'll be back and I think Persinger does a great job out there
Oh I agree Persinger does a great job, you don't get teams to the tourney as much as he has and not be a great coach and have no doubt he will have them competitive next year and believe no one hopes, I am wrong as much as me. In small town ball you need your freshmen class to feed your depth. Caddo just proved how important Freshmen are lol and like I said next years Freshmen class will be small, but the following year it should be strong. I think if we can somehow build some depth for next year we could definitely be back up there next year and there is a whole lot of time between now and next year, so who knows what will happen. The move ins from out of state that are suppose to be coming or any others ones that might move in, could have a great impact of how we go next year. Just right now looking at our depth and what we are losing that's about where I feel we might be.

He does a great job for sure. Losing 2-4 starters in this class can change a bunch if not a good freshman class or move in tho. And with deep as A is just a little drop off can hurt in this class
Caddo then everyone else. They started 7 freshman, the girl who threw the no hitter in the finals is just a junior. Their 8th grade group is phenomenal as well, problem with that is, how are they gonna get on the field with Caddo not losing anyone? Stuart could be a threat, Tushka will be better. Also, a potential sleeper team to lookout for will be Stonewall, very good pitcher there will be just a sophomore. They were young in some other spots as well.

I get you're saying no one will touch Caddo but don't rule out Ripley, Binger or Cyril as well coached as they are they'll be back, Navajo I believe has a lot returning

Caddo will definitely be the favorite and I think Ripley will be the next favorite and then I see a bunch of good teams that will give those two a good run for their money. Binger, Arapaho, Red Oak, Shattuck, Cyril, Sterling and Canute all have talent returning. Class A will be a battle once again

My Lady Panthers could be a team that will be in the conversation, They have their best group coming since 2015 and there's about 5 girls in that 8th grade class that can pitch very well
I don't think they'll win it but they will be a hard out with as much pitching talent as they have, Could be like how Caddo started 7 freshman this year with this group
Stuart loses a couple. I know the catcher and SS are SR’s .They should still be good. Wister loses a couple but returns the freshmen pitcher. They’ll be tough again next yr.
