Anyone’s guess really. Top 4 should cruise with the exception being if Tupelo gets sent to Varnum or Asher. Not sure it really matters who goes where this spring if your name isn’t Roff or Red Oak.
Idk I think it probably matters to teams that want to get to the state tournament. Also, I don’t think they’re going to put two top 8 teams together in a regional.

You’re right, I was just trying to say the only threat until the semis of the state tournament to any of the top 4 would be Tupelo IMO.

There's always a team flying under the radar until Regionals but I'm not sure who has the best chance to get in to State outside of the top 8, I don't know Class B very well (Outside of Roff, Red Oak, Asher and Varnum) Like I know Class A

Speaking of Class A, how many teams get to host a regional?

It's 8 teams in in A, Class B and A-4A I know for a fact, The top 8 teams in A and B get to host, 5A and 6A I have no clue on

New Lima (6) and Battiest (8) in the NL regional. Also Mulhall-Orlando (20). Anybody’s guess in this one. I would say Battiest with their 2 wins over Whitesboro and another win versus Rattan (A) #3 has the advantage. Sadly one of the two NL or Battiest will not advance.
Would not count out Moss in the Tupelo regional.
How much you wanna bet I can throw this football over them mountains?
I heard from a reliable source that NL’s one (3 hole) is able to play. [maybe 50-70%]. Ankle injury but nowhere near 100%. Will help NL but they will still have to beat Battiest twice. Still anyone’s guess out of the NL regional. I’ll still go with Battiest. I’m LRC biased and hope for the best for NL but their bats will let them down.

Anyone know why Lookeba got a regional instead of Battiest? Nothing against Lookeba but all of the other Regionals are being hosted by teams in the top 8. I apologize if this has already been discussed elsewhere. I am guessing there is a reason.

Softball had the same issue with one or two top 4s not getting a Regional

I’ll tell u how. There’s a coupe of teams that get took care of every year out west regardless of sport. There all small schools n always get a break. The LS girls got a regional in softball and shouldn’t. Amy Castle draws it up and she’s the one to blame. She will tell u it’s about travel and keeping a competitive balance. That’s all a lie and excuses.

I'm not sure who does it in baseball but I know someone else does it in that department

Eating a little crow today. New Lima scored 27 runs today and are in the drivers seat in the NL regional. Run rule over Achille and Mulhall Orlando after MO defeats Battiest in Game 2. Battiest didn’t throw their better arm until late in Game 1 and then started their 2nd game versus Achille. Last I heard it was 3-2 (Battiest) in the 6th with the winner advancing to the elimination game tomorrow against M-O.
Varnum wins both games today. 8-1 over Bluejacket and 3-0 vs Hammon.
