Early Spring Predictions, Whose in the running?

Silo has the best #1 and the best player. Dale has the best offense of the 3. Oktaha has the deepest staff. I like Oktaha based on that alone. But if there was ever a year in which a football school could break through....its this one. I just don't know if there is anyone out there that's any better this year. CHA maybe? If it happens, itll likely be a private school.

I didn't know Collins was retiring, If Atkinson does a good job won't they just give him the job full time? That's usually how it works with interim coaches

I am not sure how that all works, with state laws for posting open positions, etc.  Latta also had retirement of superintendent, Cliff Johnson, who had been there many years, and hired Scott Morgan, superintendent at Roff and a Latta guy.  So, will be interesting how it pans out.  But, with all that said, if Atkinson does a good job this spring and is well liked by the team, then think that would give him a leg up on being the full time hire.

I heard a kid from Silo hit 3 HR's in the first inning vs Wewoka yesterday. Anybody know???

Wewoka is.....not real good. Wind blowing out about 35mph yesterday. Great day to be a pitcher for orange and black!!
