I don't know what McCurtain looks like without the Reed girl, That's who quit on them, She won't be an easy one to replace cause she was their post, They do still have some guards but I haven't seen them play since early January, Leflore will play Paden I believe but I give the edge to Paden, I seen where Paden took #8 Pittsburg down to the wire

Webbers Falls could possibly get in through the backdoor but I can't see them beating Lomega and that's who they would play if they make it to the Regional final in their Regional
Leflore is getting the crase girl back for districts. That district just got interesting .
Can you give us a little 411 (info, don't know your age ) on the Crase kid? And her teammates, are they going to be able to go on another run like last year?

What does Webbers Falls have? Size? Depth? Speed? 411
Do you have info in any other team or teams? McCurtain? Seems to me that you need more than just one girl to be really good. We know McCurtain had a girl leave the team, and we know she will be very hard to replace but she needed at least to have a really supporting cast. So??
Varnum: I'm not going to give specifics on girls, I have not been to enough games but I have watched several, so from I've have watched Varnum is deep but not as deep as last year. Their press is impressive. They have multiple presses. They have pretty decent size 6'0, a couple 5'10 and deceptive speed and quickness, very quick hands. They shoot the 3 pretty well, including their bigs.. Their man defense looks better than last year. No losses to unranked teams and only one bad loss, Vanoss. The Dale game was 8 points until one of Varnum girls rolled her ankle (I think it was her ankle), I think it was late in the third or early in the fourth quarter when that happened. They played a pretty decent schedule and have beaten every team you'd think they should, plus they avenged a early season loss to class A #12 Strother.

Homesick To answer your question about Webbers Falls, They're not deep but they have a PG that can go and she can do a little bit of everything, They also can shoot and defend pretty well, But as I said they're not very deep
As for McCurtain they do have the move in from Kinta but I don't know how good she is this year cause when I watched them play she was not there, They have a big girl that came off the bench that will likely need to step up even though I think the one that came off the bench was more of a forward, They had a third big girl that moved in from the Shawnee area but was told she couldn't play this year, They do have a couple good shooters but without Piper Reed I don't know what they'll look like down low

bigdog23 Russell Barron Leflore may have the edge on them this time because I stated above McCurtain no longer has Piper Reed who was their post player
