Indianola won...both teams looked below average to me. I know it’s just the first game out of the gate but I can’t see either of those teams having a winning season

McCurtain had to be missing a player or something cause I know they brought back most everything, Indianola however I already know is well below average based on what I heard in the preseason
I thought McCurtain would be pretty good this year. Springer tradiionally runs a very weak schedule, but maybe are changing that.
They do I agree but they definitely have some talent with a really athletic 6'6 kid, and I'm not 100% but I do believe they have their really good PG back from last year? Can anyone confirm that for me?
Springer's schedule is already strengthened by playing Roff the first game alone. Joe
Hearing Roff won that game like 87-32, says it on ossaarankings as well
That surprises me that it was that big of a margin, but it probably says something about how good Roff really is this year and also maybe Springer isn't the team I thought they were.
I attended the Earlsboro Stonewall game last night and I was impressed with Earlsboro. I think they're top 10 this year. Also, I said earlier on here that Stonewall and New Lima are comparable. I've came to the conclusion that Stonewall is the better team.

ross212 would people actually rank Earlsboro where they should be ranked? It's like back in 2018 when Roff should have been top 8 but people said the west wouldn't rank them for some unknown reasom

As for Stonewall and New Lima, I'm not sure what they got, I do know that Morland at Stonewall has had good teams in the past, same for New Lima as they have also had some good teams with a couple state tournament appearances
Roff is tough and Springer is very average. I like Earlsboro as a top 10-15 team. Earlsboro's area is a hotbed this year for good teams. The only reason the west has been tough on east teams in the past is that east coaches dont always vote. When you don't vote it hurts your neighbors!

I think if Earlsboro continues to win games they will have a chance to be ranked that high.
