Arapaho lost 2 starters. 1 was an all stater of course but still have that really good point guard and everyone else from last years squad. They will be down a bit but still very good.
I wanted to jump in on this discussion and second some of the comments about Snyder. They will be loaded. Looking at the original top 20 the only common opponents from last season that were ranked were Carnegie and Navajo. Both teams were handled easily by Snyder last year and both of those teams have lost players from last year as opposed to Snyder bringing back everyone. The coach I talked to said 2 expected key guys missed all last year due to football injuries. With the way they were playing at the end of the year and adding 2 more to the mix they should be in the 8-12 range if you go by what's being said about the other teams in that range.
Better start talking about Snyder. They made it to Friday night of area last year in 2A. Dropping down to A this year. Return their entire squad from last year including 3 Players that couldn’t participate in the entire playoffs last year, 2 of them I believe starters. Carnegie was in your ranking and Snyder beat them by 30 ish in regionals last year with that heavily injured squad.
I didn't have them ranked, I had them in that possible darkhorse list , Someone on here was saying they would be solid but I wasn't buying it cause one of my Caddo County guys told me something different, What does Snyder's schedule even look like? No one mentioned Snyder until now
Hunter...….Caddo County?!?! Snyder isn't in Caddo County. And for saying Lookeba-Sickles will be a test.....no. LS is very, very average.

Snyder beat Carnegie last year by 30 without 2 of their starters and Carnegie loses more then they could possibly gain. Snyder is in tri-county with Luther, Mangum, and Leedy they are in Geronimo with Hydro, Frederick, and Duke and in Arapaho with Arapaho, Canute, and from what I heard SW Covenant. And have your very highly ranked Carnegie, Mangum Cyril and Frederick. As for the roster they bring back their highly talented pg back along with 2 other starters and return 2 starters back from injury which they didn’t have at all last year. This team will be in the state tournament.

I never ranked Carnegie, (Carnegie has a lot of talent and should end up top 10 if they don’t get out coached- soupkitchen in the "Revised Top Ten thread") I never bought into the rumors on Carnegie at all but I mentioned them at that bottom tier, I would personally like to see how Snyder matches up against Hydro who I believe is a top 3 team

Also think about this, Wright City also looked really good in their opener, The way I see it there could be a couple teams outside of top 8 make it in, Talihina, Rattan and Stuart are teams not to be slept on either, I don't know what Calumet brings back but they're usually a team to watch as well especially in a conference that includes Hydro

Think we need to pump the breaks on the whole Snyder is the real deal. I’m not saying they won’t be a good team or not a Area Tournament team or even not make the State Tournament but a real deal to me is a no doubter State Tournament team and I just don’t see that sorry. Bunch of good teams they will have to get thru down in the SW
I wouldn't sleep on Wright City if I were you, They looked solid in their opener, Also didn't Regent graduate a lot?
They did, Regent will be competitive but I don't know about the top 20. They have quite a few boys playing football as well so they will get a late start on things.
I think everyone jumped on the WC train to fast. They barely beat an average Battiest team. Howe graduated a few, they also had some out due to quarantine.
