1. Garber (Returned most of the roster, Defending state champion, Likely will run it back) 2. Ft-Cobb Broxton (The mustangs have been there done that several times and are well coached under Scott Hines) 3. Hydro-Eakly (Brought back everyone, Could contend for title) 4. Velma-Alma (Lost the move in from Cache but brought back most everyone else, Well coached, Could possibly make a go at it) 5. Talihina (Talented year in and year out, Came down from 2A, They play in a big school conference with 2A and 3A competition, Also plays a really good non conference schedule) 6. Stuart (Lost 6"8 kid and another senior but brought back everyone else including the PG) 7. Allen (Brought back leading scorer in Chad Miline along with a good freshman group and we know that conference is pretty good as well) 8. Caddo (Young team that brought back everything from a team that made area in 2A, Could make some noise in A) 9. Vanoss (Lost three seniors but returned the PG, They will be young but could still make a run) 10. Rattan (I've heard they haven't lost much, They've always been competitive and play a decent schedule)

They'll be top 15 for sure but they'll be tested early on with that schedule, I believe they play Hydro in the regular season, that will be a good matchup

classof96 why are you so sold on Rock Creek? Everyone else says they're down, plus they have a new coach again coming off a bad 5 win season last year in 2A
classof92 so I'm guessing they are not top 10 without them, why isnt the big man playing? I did hear something about a player with a health issue
I don't know how they will be without the big kid. He was a crucial part of the team, and I'm not 100 percent sure if it's true. Ya the player with a health issue is a junior and is also playing football this year.

They bring back everyone but one and now have more experience they started sophomores and one senior last year. I think they might be good but we will see when they play vanoss. Let’s not sleep on them
Allen’s second best kid is out for the year. I think that will hurt. I heard Stuart and Vanoss scrimmaged today and split quarters. Both teams should be solid for class A. Vanoss is still very young. Their core is mostly sophomores.

1. Hydro (Return everyone. Garber showed you can lose in the 1st Rd in one year and then win the whole thing in the next. I see Hydro doing that this time) 2. Ft-Cobb Broxton (The Mustangs return 4 starters and all of their bench production. How quickly they get back from injuries and Coach Hines availability will be key) 3. Garber (Return MVP Bennett, but lose 3 others, including arguably the best player in Sullivan. So we shall see) 4. Velma-Alma (Return 4 of their top 6 players. Great Coach. The issue is that they have yet to even make it out of an Area) 5. Talihina (This is my pick to make it to the finals against Hydro. Most athletic in the Class. If they stay healthy and get a couple eligible.....they'll cut down the nets) 6. Stuart (Return 2 good ones from a team that got hot at the right time. But I think they are not near as good as last year, but ill put em 6 to start) 7 Allen (They will go as far as the returner can take them. The others are not ready yet) 8. Caddo ( Played a bad schedule and got exposed in the playoffs last year. They'll get to the Big House and go home on Thu) 9. Canute (Very athletic and long. They also have figured out how to win now and will have the same set of kids that just won the Fall Baseball title) 10. Rattan (Will play hard. Tough. I really just like the way they play, so im not pushing real hard on this one)
Arapaho and Calumet will be better than people think. Carnegie......no sir. Theyre not very good. They'll need to worry about getting above .500 before being a darkhorse of any sort
Caddo will benefit greatly from dropping out of 2A. Not saying where they ought to be ranked. If my memory serves me correctly, last time this happened to them it was in the reverse. They had been to two Class A State Tournaments in Class A. 2010 and 2011 I believe. Then they went to 2A with most guys returning. Didn't make it that time around.
