The buddy system is everywhere not just west it’s in the east too. I disagree that Roff should have been ranked top 5. If teams don’t win games it’s hard to vote for them. They lost 5 out of 6 at one point when the pitcher was out. It would be hard for any coach to continue putting them in the top 8 at that point.

I agree the top 10 should have been all east teams the west has no business being up there. Guess the coaches get it wrong every year.

we need to drop the east vs west buddy system crap. The coaches talk a lot more than we do and get it right most of the time.

Well not taking up for Hammon bc I’ve said all along they weren’t too 8 but I’m going to use Class A for an example. We have heard all year that Stuart is top 5 and then they go and get run ruled by Binger. Yes I know Binger is number 1 but number 5 shouldn’t get run ruled. Maybe the Eady isn’t as good as we are making them out to be or maybe West is better than given credit for. I’m more talking about A bit still think sleeping on Leedey in B

I feel like it’s unfair to use Stuart as an example because Binger is in the top 5 best teams regarding classes 2A and down. Stuart did beat Ripley and Kiowa among other ranked teams. I think Stuart was better than 8 IMO. I am from the east am I homering a little bit probably. I think Binger will win the state tournament. But, Caddo beat Fairland pretty good. As far as sleeping on Leedey I actually picked Leedey to get to the semis and I think both semis in class B are more intriguing then class A. Both of these games are up in the air.

That’s a fair assessment and I can’t disagree with that. I’ve seen Stuart play a handful of times and they looked really good. But now that they are out it doesn’t really matter what they did. Pepper if you don’t mind me asking, in your opinion who is the best team out west class 2A and down?

If Roff don’t play terrible and make 8 errors plus a couple of mental mistakes and threw it to the wrong base twice it’s not even a close game. If they want to win tomorrow they better clean it up. They want get by with that against Kiowa or red oak. Yes u read that right 8 errors.

This is the matchup I picked for class B now that it is true I like Roff to win it 6-4 will be the final. In class A I also had this matchup but I see Binger going through the state tournament without giving up a run Binger wins 5-0. Roff and RO looks to be a good matchup. Roff has proven that in big situations they play well this is why I will go with them.

I’ll take RO to beat moss. If RO hits it like they have been they will b alright. Plus Roffs defense is questionable. I knew coming in they made lots of errors and I saw it first hand today. If they don’t make 8 it’s not even a close game with leedey. Who was over ranked by the way. RO has around 50 errors on the year n Roff has 84 I believe. RO hits and defends better and probably even on pitching.roff is a scrappy bunch though that doesn’t give up. RO won today was impressive against Kiowa. They could play 10 more times and it would not ever b a game like the one today. Some days u have games like that though. Hats off to RO.
