* WHAT...Rain quickly changing to snow this morning. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Also look for wind chills in
the 10 to 15 degree range this morning.
* WHERE...Southeast Kansas.
* WHEN...Until 6 pm CST.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Remain alert for slippery roads and
highways, especially elevated surfaces. The hazardous conditions
may impact the morning or evening commute.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and
