CA governor signs bill allowing college athlete endorsements

Tuition - Free. Books - Free. Food - Free. Living, either dorms or a stipend to pay house rent - Free. Workout facility with training coach and nutrition - Free. If they had to pay for all of that they would have second thoughts about how bad they're getting screwed. They act like the colleges and universities are making bank on them when in fact most are losing money in their athletic department. I know it was 7-8 years ago so things have changed a little, but the budget report I saw then showed only 5 or 6 in the whole country actually made a profit.
