There won't be a "bye" Thanksgiving Week

If you are so inclined, pay no mind to the "there will be a bye Thanksgiving week" nonsense. I don't know how far or how wide this nonsensical assertion has made its rounds by now, but I know it got around to a select few of the Ringling faithful last week. The second time it was told me, I put it down hard and fast with facts from the OSSAA homepage and official class A brackets. Granted that my interlocutors had to reach back in time and put to use the skills they had acquired in basic math to get the point, but that is beside the point. There will be no "playoff bye week"; no Thanksgiving layoff, and that is all.
