Who will host regionals? Who goes where?

How are the fall baseball regionals for non-football playing schools determined? I saw the rankings posted in a previous thread but did not know how the pairings were drawn up. It definitely looks like there are some good teams in class B. I would have to assume there are a lot of mixed schools (A-5A) in class A? It is amazing how some of those larger schools do not have football.
